      Ted Heath and his Music – Sabre Dance. De oude klassieke compositie Sabre Dance van Aram Khachaturian werd in een vlot jasje gestoken door Ted Heath. Het kwam in 1962 uit op de lp Big Band Bash op DECCA in de serie Phase 4 Stereo. De beginpingel van dit nummer werd door Lex Harding gebruikt als pingel tussen de diverse items in Veronica’s Popjournaal.

      Count Basie and his orchestra – This could be the start of something big. Dit nummer staat al in de discografielijst en kan dus worden aangevuld. ‘This could be the start of something big’ is een compositie van Steve Allen en kwam in 1963 in de uitvoering van het orkest van Count Basie in de platenwinkels. Arrangeur en dirigent was trouwens Quincy Jones en Count zelf zat achter de piano. Het nummer werd ook in 1972 gebruikt op Radio Veronica in het kader van ‘Nog meer prijzen in de Gouden 538 week’, spots ingesproken destijds door Tom Collins.

This could be the start of something big' is a composition by Steve Allen and was performed by the Count Basie orchestra and came into  the record stores in 1963. Arranger and conductor was Quincy Jones and Count himself was behind the piano. The song was also used on Radio Veronica in 1972 as part of 'More prizes in the Golden 538 week', spots recorded at the time by Tom Collins.

      Fresh – Theme from Borstal. Vrij vertaald kun je zeggen: Fris vertrokken uit de jeugdgevangenis. Een lp met die titel kwam uit in 1970 op het RCA label en was een productie van Simon Napier en Ray Singer voor A Rockin Horse Productions. Het nummer ‘Theme from Borstal’ werd door Will Luikinga gebruikt als tune voor Nachtclup op Radio Veronica.
