This is Peter Chicago, the time is approximately 1656 to 1759 (time-checks at 43m25s and 58m40s).

 

There are some strange artefacts on the recording (old Windows sounds, &c.), superimposed at 43m05s and then for the next 5 minutes. Someone was obviously surfing the 'Net whilst this recording was being made.

 

There are also times when the music "skips". It's not the studio turntable... it's most likely the ancient computer freezing up whilst making the audio file.

 

Anyway... at 7m35s, Peter mentions that they mistook a customs boat for the Landward.

 

This seems to be the same broadcast (but a different recording) - the same event happens at 2m45s:

 

 

I therefore suspect that this recording is from 13th October 1989.
