A fascinating 2 hour recorded as live interview broadcast on Robbie Owen's Juke Box Drive this Sunday with Grant Benson is now on Mixcloud.

 

In the first hour Grant talks about his involvement with the Caroline Roadshow and landbased pirate radio which was followed by him joining the Voice of Peace when he was 18.

 

 

 

The second hour continues with discussion of his time on Radio Nova International, set up mainly by ex RNI staff and broadcasting in English from Seborga, Italy, main audience being expats in the French Riviera. After that he talks about his time on the Ross Revenge shortly after Radio Caroline started broadcasting from her including being arrested when he left the tender and his very successful 30 year career on Italian national radio that followed.
