Ad Roberts (Robert de Goede) was also on board on 15 April 1979 and Rene van Elst (Adri de Bruin) joined very shortly afterwards. We should also include Peter Teekamp (as Carl de Jong) and Eddy Keur (as Sebastiaan Peters) in the list of those who became well known through the broadcasts from the Mi Amigo in 1979/80.

Regards

Michael

Martin en Mike: you were right. Sorry for that mistake. My focus was on the "Famous Dutch" people like Hendriks, De Zwart en Van Dam (Hudson, De Wit and Jacobs). The others - some are not amongs us anymore unfortunately - were very important but in my view not famous.

Thanks, Fons. It's interesting how successful the careers of the Dutch Caroline DJs were after their time on the Mi Amigo - and not just as DJs.
