Beste Jan,

I reckon that this is 1970-01-22 Thursday. Towards the end, Klaas says that it was Woensdag 21ste 1970. I have a file dated Wednesday 21st January running 2300-0202. Jan-Fre's Index shows that the last record played in the hour 0000-0100 is Plastic Cow goes Moog, which is the first sound on your posting.
