This file seems to be 2 different recordings.

The first part is listed as 1751 to 1819 (25th March 1990) on Janfrevos' site:

3 songs starting with the end of Faster than the Speed of Night (Bonnie Tyler);

Dawn Valley advert;

Viewpoint: Seek Me Early (Melba Forsberg);

Viewpoint: Healing from Heaven (Brother JC Bishop).

But if the date is correct, then the time is wrong by half an hour. CM Bulletin 43 reports that Andy Bradgate's show finished at 6pm, followed by half an hour of continuous music, then Viewpoint.

The second part (from 28m 5s) is listed as 0826 to 0900 on the same day:

Victor Hartman: starting with the Rolling Stones, finishing with the Stone Roses.

(Although on the recording, you first hear the end of Pop Muzik by M).

At 43m50s, Victor reminds about the clocks going forward and also says it's Mother's Day. This easily confirms the date.
