En.... Atlantis bestond precies 1 jaar!!!!!! Ik was op 15 Juli 1973 met mijn ouders op vakantie, een verschrikkelijke campingvakantie in Valkenburg (Limburg) daar hoorde ik de eerste dag van radio Atlantis en als ik ergens een grote hekel aan heb dan is het aan campings, vreselijk.... maar ja, ik moest mee met mijn ouders. En... wat was ik blij toen op Maandag 16 Juli mijn ouders besloten om weer naar huis te gaan omdat er problemen waren met de kloeke Daf-55 van Pa en die moest dus naar garage "De Burght" in Eindhoven... en ik kon mooi Atlantis opnemen in mijn radiohokkie op zolder.

    In ons gezin kwam er in juni 73 een auto met een radio erin, nog niet alle auto's hadden een autoradio aan boord in die tijd. Het was een Daf 66, juist om te kunnen luisteren naar radio Atlantis.
