It seems that the Top 40 must be understood that way :

 

Hour 1 : The Top 40 from April 18 in one hour with songs going down missing.

Hour 2 : The 2nd hour of Top 40 of April 11

 

Can someone please confirm ?

 

I think that was Armand noticed in another post but i don't speak dutch so i'm not sure.

Same situation with the Tip Parade : only 1 hour show and some songs have not been played.

Maybe there are personal or technical reasons due to the covid19 situation, the shows are reduced ?

I merely convert the Mixcloud files into MP3 as Mixcloud has certain restrictions as you know

As for the actual programs, be it top or tip, they are compacted versions of an hour, which explains why certain tracks are missing. Nothing to do with Covid.

Possibly Ton has glued together file 1  with the episode from the week before.

No it comes from the shows , i'm sure they have been recorded that way because i have recorded both shows and i find the same situation.

Hi Skyseth, Yes I posted in another thread that I was surprised that the top 40 and the tipparade were only one hour each.

I still have no idea why that was. I thought they would start a live show at 16:00 or something, but after the tipparade was over there was a recording of an older show. I think the plan was to start the tipparade at 15:00 but that went wrong.

 

Ah well, looking forward to this saturday's two hour top 40 episode and the tipparade 😊

That's correct. The idea was that Top40/Tip would be reduced to one hour (still including all the new entries) to provide more hours for the 18th of April show. We all agreed. Except a small computer. That's life Brain, but not as we know it.
