Ted Weems Orchestra - Heartaches. Ted Weems and His Orchestra namen "Heartaches" verschillende keren op, voor het eerst in 1933 (Bluebird B5131). Het nummer werd in 1938, 1947 en 1956 in lichtelijk andere versies opnieuw uitgebracht. Het verschil zit vooral in de lengte en tempo van de uitvoeringen en de vaardigheid en naam van de kunstfluiter. De succesvolle (snelle) versie uit 1947 (RCA Victor 20-2175) werd in de vroege dagen van Radio Caroline North als filler gebruikt op Caroline North toen in januari 1966 de deejays een korte ode inzongen aan ‘Caroline on 199’. Daarnaast werd het later gebruikt in de "Kolder-op-Zolder-show van Radio Veronica.

The song was re-released in slightly different versions in 1938, 1947 and 1956. The difference is mainly in the length and tempo of the performances and the skill and name of the art-whistler. The successful (fast) version from 1947 (RCA Victor 20-2175) was used as a filler on Caroline North in the early days of Radio Caroline North when in January 1966 the deejays sang a short ode to 'Caroline on 199'. Later it was also used in the "Kolder-op-Zolder-show" of Radio Veronica.
