Does anybody what the penultimate track is female vocals nice guitar?

it sounds like Rob says the band is Foola not sure.

Have searched but all i found searching Foola was a rock band on you tube.

So help please

Dear Steksis, please tell me when this program was broadcast, that will narrow down the search hopefully.

I can't find anything

All I can identify is Donovan's track from 2004, so I presume it's a 2000s production.

The lyrics are fairly easy to follow, but again nothing on the lyric search.

Google used to be quite good in the past finding obscure lyrics, but nowadays is pretty useless.

I believe 'shadow' probably features in the title.

I have spent the past hour listening to the track in reduced speed, with headphones on, headphones off, typing the lyrics into various search engines and song finder websites - all to no avail.  i have searched music websites for artists that begin with the letter F and I have searched high and low in Deezer and Spotify, with no luck - and it's driving me mad!

I like the song and would really like to know its title and who the artist is.

Like you, Omnivoor, I have tried variations of the spelling of the band/singer's name without success. As you have said, it may be of help if we knew when Steksis' recording was made.

I am not going to give up on this one...yet!

The show was probably recorded in the early 2000's not sure.

i did various searches on spotify and you tube + google but could not find it most annoying.

I'm glad that you were able to eventually ID the track! I have a lot of recordings of the Imagination show that I must digitise from cassette. Rob Leighton sadly died in Jan 2008, so this certainly would have been sometime between 2000 & 2007.

I've had a chance to listen to this now, and internet searching a couple of the then 'new' releases, am sure this show is from September/October 2004. Now I just need to find & upload a complete 3 hour show that Rob put on CD for me...stay tuned, I maybe gone sometime!
