Willie Hutch – Try it you’ll like it. Geboren in 1944 als Willie McKinley Hutchinson in Los Angeles ging hij muzikaal door het leven als Willie Hutch en liet voor het eerst van zich spreken toen hij muziek ging componeren voor de Fifth Dimension. Hij was een zanger, componist en producer die vrij snel werd binnengehaald door Tamla Motown en schreef onder meer het kassucces I’ll be there van The Jackson Five. Zelf nam hij ook een aantal lp’s op waaronder in 1974 ‘Mark of the beast’, waarop ‘Try it you’ll like it’ voor kwam. Dit nummer werd op Radio Caroline ingezet voor de productie van een Loving Awereness spot: ‘Take a look around, what do you like’………look again a world of peace, love and understanding etc.’

Willie Hutch - Try it you'll like it. He was a singer, composer and producer who was soon brought in by Tamla Motown and wrote, among other things, the blockbuster I'll be there by The Jackson Five. He also recorded a number of albums, including 'Mark of the beast' in 1974, which featured 'Try it you'll like it'.
