I heard the following LPAM stations today in Kilnsea, East Yorshire. I was listening on a Sangean ATS 828C with a medium wave loop frame aerial.

675 kHz Non stop Dutch traditional music, no ID heard.

675 kHz Beat FM, with commercials for Den Haag at 1200 UTC then ID. Mixing with other station, but good at times.

747 kHz MCB 747 with non stop music and ID. Mentioned Zuid Holland

747 kHz Non Stop Oldies with no ID and no news at 1200 UTC. Thought it was Radio 0511, but did not seem like their programme

801 kHz Radio Jong Europa, non stop music and hard to understand ID's. I thought I heard a Radio Europa 80 jingle! Good signal

1008 kHz Two weak stations mixing, one playing Dutch traditional music.

1224 kHz Radio Emmelord, fair strength but splatter from Absolute 1215.

1395 kHz Radio Seabreeze, probably the strongest station.

1602 kHz Weak station playing Dutch music

Does anyone have contact details for Radio Jong Europa?????

The reception was between 0945 - 1100 and then 1245-1330 local time.

I have only listed the frequencies that I could hear stations. Nothing on 1287 khz.

What about 1467, can be heard at the Dutch coast (Leiden SDR)

Splatter from 1458?

Today the transmitter is on 👍

1287 is the place to be 😀

But I don't think the signal is travelling the hole way to the UK.

Not in day time, and not in the summer, sunset are the golden time slots.

You live in the Hull/Grimsby area then, Scotty?

Woon jij in de omgeving van Hull/Grimsby, Scotty?

No, I was just travelling to the coast for the day. I live in North Yorkshire.

I tried 1467, but just something very weak even with the loop aerial. I will take another trip soon in the evening and see how conditions make a difference. 1458 does not cause a problem at this location. I heard Radio Paradijs on 1584 kHz many years ago on this coast. It was relaying the programmes of the Veronica 50th birthday at the time.

You might try 1467 when dark, since it seems to be quite a clear channel, best is after 22.00 UTC when Monte Carlo signs off.

I was in Filey on the North Yorkshire Coast today and heard the following between 1530-1630 UK time;

747 khz Radio 0511//1287 khz. weak and mixing with another station

801 khz I think Radio Jong Europe as I have heard it before

918 khz Radio Monique, plenty of ID's. Fair signal

1287 khz Radio 0511, better than 747, weak but listenable

1395 khz Radio Seabreeze, weak

1467 khz UNID I don't think it was Paradijs, but it was non stop oldies. Couldn't quite catch the ID. And ideas?? Weak but audible.

1602 khz Probably Radio Flandria

I was using a small Grundif Yacht Boy 500 with no external aerial. Amazing they were all coming in, doing well for 100 watts!

I couldn't get you on 1287, as Radio o511 was too dominant. Maybe next time.

Tonight I positively identified Radio Eldorado on 1476 khz at 7.30 Uk time. Fairly good signal. I believe this was the same as I heard on Monday as listed above.

Does anyone have an e mail address for this station?

Thanks

Ian
