Moody Blues – The best way to travel. Een prachtig symfonisch nummer uit 1968 van de Moody Blues, afkomstig van het conceptalbum ‘In search of the lost chord’. Een ondergewaardeerde lp waarvan twee singles werden uitgebracht. ‘Ride my See-Saw’ en ‘Voices in the Sky’, die helaas beiden geen grote hit werden. Het nummer ‘The best way to travel’ werd deels, vanaf 2.41, gebruikt voor een jingle op RNI: ‘This weekend RNI brings em back alive, the international top 100 records of 1972…’,  Een spot ingesproken door Robb Eden en de lijst was te beluisteren in de nacht na Eerste Kerstnacht tussen middernacht en zes in de volgende ochtend.

An underrated album of which two singles were released. Ride my See-Saw' and 'Voices in the Sky', neither of which unfortunately became a big hit. The song 'The best way to travel' was partly, from 2.41 onwards, used for a jingle on RNI: 'This weekend RNI brings em back alive, the international top 100 records of 1972...', a spot recorded by Robb Eden and the list could be listened to in the night after Christmas Eve between midnight and six in the next morning.
