Interesting Ben.

 

It think it will be James presenting and it is likely to be a land based pirate located in Fife on the east coast of Scotland. Given the chart rundown I would say it is late January or very early February 1972. I think it sounds like a night recording so likely start 0019. I will ask my contacts from that time if they remember this.
