Merel Westrik stopt als nieuwslezer bij De Coen & Sander Show

Merel Westrik legt haar werkzaamheden als nieuwslezer van de ochtendshow van Coen Swijnenberg en Sander Lantinga op Joe neer. Vanochtend maakte ze dit bekend tijdens de uitzending, waarbij het vroege opstaan als zwaarwegende reden werd genoemd. Vrijdag zal zij voor het laatst te horen zijn in de show.

Twee jaar geleden begon Westrik aan haar eerste radio-avontuur bij Joe. Nu blijkt het ochtendritme op de lange termijn voor haar niet haalbaar en sluit zij haar tijd bij De Coen & Sander show af.

Wie haar opvolger zal zijn is nog niet bekend.
