De foto's van Theo Dencker zijn van een kwalitatief hoge scherpte en vooral diepte.  Hij moet zeer professionele apparatuur hebben gebruikt. Interessant om ook weer  foto's van de Mi Amigo te zien. De boot die als een salamander van kleur veranderde. 

 

Ik herinner me dat 'the Old Lady' in 1972 in Zaandam een gele opbouw en een zwarte romp had. Daarna heb ik het schip gezien met een witte opbouw en een romp in rode menie en later in blauw.

 

Persoonlijk vond ik de gele opbouw mooier en vooral onderscheidend. Paste een beetje in de sfeer van de psychedelische kleuren zoals van de romp van de Mebo 2. De gele kleur had iets 'rebels'. Geen gevestigde kleur. Jammer dat het later weer wit is geverfd.
