Lorenzo Smith – Countdown. Dit nummer werd uitgebracht in 1966 op het Outasite Record label in een oplage van slechts 99 exemplaren. Dit vooral om omzetbelasting te ontwijken. Het was exclusief leverbaar via Mike Vernon’s Rhytmn and Blues Monthly. Een exemplaar was in ieder geval aanwezig op Shivering Sands want op Radio City was een promospot te horen waarin het aftellen en het begin van het nummer werden gebruikt, in combinatie met ‘Midnight to six Man’ van The Pretty Things. Het ging om de ‘Midnight to Six Special’ van het station te promoten waarbij men  een etmaal lang feestelijk het nieuwe jaar 1967 mee inluidde.

Pretty Things- Midnight to Six Man. Wel het meest bekende nummer van The Pretty Things dat een grote hit was in 1966 en werd geschreven door Phil May en Dick Taylor. Het werd op Radio City gebruikt in een promospot ter voorbereiding van de jaarwisseling. Het ging om de ‘Midnight to Six Special’ van het station te promoten waarbij men  een etmaal lang feestelijk het nieuwe jaar 1967 mee inluidde. Het nummer werd in de spot gebruikt in combinatie met het nummer ‘Countdown’ van Lorenzo Smith.

A copy was present at least on Shivering Sands because on Radio City you could hear a promo spot in which the countdown and the beginning of the song were used, in combination with 'Midnight to six Man' by The Pretty Things. It was about promoting the station's 'Midnight to Six Special', in which they festively ushered in the new year 1967 for twenty-four hours.
