Le Grand Orchestra de Paul Mauriat – It’s a man’s man’s man’s world. Het nummer dat we kennen van James Brown en dan in een prachtig instrumentaal jasje uitgevoerd door het orkest van Paul Mauriat, werd door Gerard Smit op Radio Noordzee opgepakt om een van zijn dramatisch liedjes in te zingen in de zomer van 1974. Hij noemde het de ‘Ga weg blues’.

He called it the 'Go away blues’.
