It's not clear who produces this programme.

Lex van Zandvoort was heard the last few days during the hours between 14 and 16 hours and Elly van Amstel will be heard the next few days also during this hours.

It could be possible that Elly becomes on board on 18h July 1988 and Lex left the ship, I don't know.

And of course Monitor was pretty reliable, but didn't always get ti right.

Lex van Zandvoort, Fred van Amstel en Erwin van der Bliek werden op 20 juli afgelost door Collin Peters, Walter Simons, Elly van Amstel en Piet Mackenzie.

According to Monitor magazine, Fred van Amstel was very sea-sick on the 18th. He was supposed to host Broodje Ross 1200-1400, but maybe Lex van Zandvoort took over for him and 1400-1600 was pure non-stop.

14 - 16 Non-stop met Lex van Zandvoort.

16 - 19 Met de kop in de wind - Erwin van der Bliek (16:30 internationaal nieuws) (17+18 nieuws)

It gives more detail about the day the crew change took place (already mentioned by thijs) and the reason why Lex was now presenting his programmes "non-stop":

 

"Ondertussen zat Erwin van der Bliek zwaar gefrustreerd in de messroom. Hij kon het niet vinden met zijn twee nieuwe collega's. Lex presteerde het zelfs om platen op de voorafluistering te draaien waardoor het een paar minuten stil was op de zender. Zijn presentatie was ook beneden de maat. Erwin had hem daarop verboden om nog langer van de microfoon gebruik te maken. Hij mocht in zijn programma's alleen nog maar de platen non stop draaien. Nico en ik was het aan land al opgevallen dat Lex niet meer op de zender de horen was, maar we dachten dat hij ziek zou zijn."
