    This programme is from 6th May 1988.

    Erwin plays a record from Taylor Dayne (Prove your love) and says that this record is now in the chart.

    But that was in 1988.

    For some reason, the two other recordings from early May have also had the wrong year (1 year later) and wrong date (1 day earlier) noted.

     

    A couple of things to note:

     

    1) Erwin was 5pm to 9pm on 7th May 1988, but 1pm to 5pm the previous day. As per https://radiopedia.nl/wiki/Radio_Caroline_presentatieoverzicht_1988

     

    2) The news story about the Legionnaire's outbreak at Broadcasting House: Steve Conway says 19 confirmed cases and 45 suspected. These exact figures were reported in the LA Times on 8th May 1988: https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1988-05-08-mn-3758-story.html

     

    So it was probably actually Saturday 7th May 1988.
