I have tried to get an exact date on this recording, but no success so far with my limited understanding of Dutch.

Disco Duck is the Lieveling so that would suggest end October/early November and a promo says the Top 50 will move to begin at 1pm this coming Saturday.

Time is 1625-1717

Disco duck was de lieveling vanaf 30 Oktober 1976, dus het programma is uit de week 30 Oktober 1976 - 6 November 1976, helaas is het niet te achterhalen van welke dag het programma is, in de aangeboden opname zegt Peter niet welke dag dat het is....

I did notice that news item and looked it up online, but didn't find anything. You obviously did!

I think 4th November is a good guess.
