Lorenzo Smith – Countdown. Het was exclusief leverbaar via Mike Vernon’s Rhytmn and Blues Monthly. Een exemplaar was in ieder geval aanwezig op Shivering Sands want op Radio City was een promospot te horen waarin het aftellen en het begin van het nummer werden gebruikt, in combinatie met ‘Midnight to six Man’ van The Pretty Things. Het ging om de ‘Midnight to Six Special’ van het station te promoten waarbij men  een etmaal lang feestelijk het nieuwe jaar 1967 mee inluidde.

Pretty Things- Midnight to Six Man.

Lorenzo Smith - Countdown. This song was released in 1966 on the Outasite Record label in an edition of only 99 copies. This is mainly to avoid sales tax. It was exclusively available through Mike Vernon's Rhytmn and Blues Monthly. A copy was present at least on Shivering Sands because on Radio City you could hear a promo spot in which the countdown and the beginning of the song were used, in combination with 'Midnight to six Man' by The Pretty Things. It was about promoting the station's 'Midnight to Six Special', in which they festively ushered in the new year 1967 for twenty-four hours.

James Brown -Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf?
James Brown -Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf? This song is already mentioned in the discography list and can therefore be completed. The song was released in 1964 on the back of the single 'Devil's Hideaway'. Strangely enough, the song also appears on a number of LPs, including 'Grits and Soul' and is then listed as 'Virginia Woolf'. The end of the song was used on Radio City for name jingles for all deejays in service at the time.

Nelson Riddle Orchestra – Two Perfectly Ordinary People – or!!!

Nelson Riddle Orchestra - Two Perfectly Ordinary People - or!!!! Those two people are Batman and Robin from Batman's television series. That's what Nelson Riddle's album is made of. He also composed the song and the title was also used in the lyrics of a Radio City promo spot for the Radio City t-shirt in 1966, the year the soundtrack was also released.
