How can these recordings be from 1994. According to Radiopedia, Avond van het sentiment ran from 3rd January 1995 until 29th August 1995. Comments?

You are right John. In 1994 the name of the program was: 'de hits van' ('the hits of').
The missing date is: September 16, 1994
