Uit het archief van Walter Zwart zullen de komende tijd veel opnamen voorbijkomen van Radio Caroline, Laser 558 en Radio Monique. Grotendeels aaan land opgenomen, maar ook aan boord.


Over de opnames gemaakt aan land vertelde Walter het volgende: "Ik ben verbaasd over de best wel goede kwaliteit van de ontvangst van de diverse zenders destijds in Arnhem (zandgrond). Okey, toegeven, de radio een beetje geholpen met een draad aan de cv en daartussen een potmeter om het iets harden/zachter te laten binnenkomen. Het probleem was altijd die sterke Duitse zenders die ernaast zaten."


Correcties en aanvullingen zoals tijdstip, nieuwslezer ed bij de opnamen zijn van harte welkom!

    en op 9 september was Carl Kingston nog aan boord van de Ross Revenge voor een terugblik op de herstart van Caroline in 1983; compleet onverwacht overleed hij op 12 september
