Het is een beetje vergeten, de "Radio 199" periode van Radio Caroline in December 1972, een paar dagen maar en toen werd het al snel weer Radio Caroline. Ik deel met jullie een opname van 21 December 1972 van een testuitzending met Jan Troost en Mike Storm.

Dank je wel voor deze leuke opnames Henk!

Radio 199 is inderdaad een beetje 'vergeten periode' en er zijn ook niet zo heel veel opnames van volgens mij.

Wat ook een beetje vergeten (en boeiende!) periode is, dat is dat ene maandje juni 1973 met Caroline op 2 golflengtes: 259 en 389.

Met name van de Nederlandse service op 259 in juni 1973 zijn ook niet zo heel veel opnames.

Mocht je daar toevallig iets van tegen komen dan zou ik dat ook echt heel leuk vinden.

Wie is - was Jan Troost. Naam lees ik nu voor het eerst.

Volgens mij was Jan Troost een bemanningslid op de Mi Amigo Juul en maakte hij alleen in de Radio 199 periode incidenteel programma's, maar dat weet ik niet helemaal zeker, Douwe weet het vast denk ik.

Ik begrijp niet waarom je de uitzendingen vanaf 22-12-1972 (ook) "Radio 199" noemt want vanaf die datum was het Caroline.

Ok, Douwe. Dank, dan heb ik de geschiedenis niet goed op het netvlies. Dus als ik het goed begrijp was het tot 22-12 Radio 199 en daarna "gewoon' weer Caroline?
