Are you sure of the title, I thought that the Countdown of Album Sound was always on Monday evening. It is just possible that Martin happened to play a couple of tunes from the Countdown.

I think you are right. The Countdown was the day before.

And indeed he mention the Countdown, but the pieces of this broadcast are so short that mistakes could take place.
