Het is wel Canada maar toch post ik m'n oprisping maar hier. Ik heb het al eens geschreven, in juni 1969 was ik voor het eerst in Canada en de USA. M'n standplaats was Montreal. Familie van mij woont daar. En ik ben daar op bezoek geweest o.a. CFOX een top 40 station in Point-Claire. ( voorstad van Montreal). Veel foto's genomen en veel audio opgenomen. Gedurende de jaren 1968-1992 heb ik o.a. veel opnames gemaakt van radio uitzendingen. Ik luisterde veel naar radio RSA de nederlandse dienst vanuit Johannesburg. Op de langegolf frequentie van 263 Khz zond de Sovjet Unie uit. Deze was in Nederland , zei het met wat kunst en vliegwerk ,keihard te ontvangen. (15 meter koperdraad en een goede aardleiding aan de dakgoot). De Sovjetunie had een ontelbaar aantal radiozenders ter beschikking. Het programma hier gepresenteerd werd over alle steunzenders van de Sovjet Unie verder uitgezonden. Ook via de Horizont TV sat.
